According to a newspaper report, the Saskatchewan Indian Gaming Authority plans to launch a lawsuit over the disappearance of $1.2 million.

The Saskatoon Star-Phoenix says SIGA is taking the action after one of its ATM suppliers failed to deposit the money into a SIGA account.

The report lists the Royal Bank, Peace Hills Trust and “Cash is King Limited” as just some of the groups named in the suit.

It also says Alain Germain, Shelley Bear and Armand Pinel are also included in the action.

No one from SIGA was immediately available for comment.
