Serious Assault in Buffalo Under Investigation

RCMP in Buffalo Narrows are investigating a serious assault that occurred in the community last night.

Emergency crews responded to a call shortly after 9 o’clock where they found a 49 year-old man seriously injured inside a house.

He was apparently attacked shortly after a person or persons broke in.

Authorities say the man was rushed to a local clinic before being transferred to hospital in Saskatoon.

A number of other people who were present in the home were also lightly injured but have since been released.
