Search For Missing Hunter Continues

A search continues today for a missing hunter from Southend.

49-year-old Leo Jobb disappeared earlier this week while hunting near a small lake in that region.

RCMP spokesman Sgt. Brad Kaeding says an RCMP dive team is back in the water today for a second search of the lake but, so far, has discovered nothing.

Kaeding says an airplane is circling the lake and a search and rescue team from Stanley Mission is also headed that way.

He says searchers will re-evaluate the situation tomorrow if they haven’t found Jobb by then.
