Rollover Near North Battleford Claims Three Lives

A fatal accident near North Battleford has claimed the lives of 3 individuals.
RCMP Sgt. Brad Kaeding says the westbound van lost control and rolled several times early this morning, approximately 10 kilometers east of North Battleford.
He says the vehicle rolled into the median ditch, across the oncoming eastbound lanes and came to a stop in the south ditch.
Kaeding says all three men were ejected from the vehicle and died at the scene. None of them were wearing seatbelts.
Kaeding says the names and residence of the three victims is still not known.
Kaeding says as a result of the accident, portions of the eastbound lanes along Highway 16 have been rerouted.
He says the cause of the crash is still under investigation.
