RCMP Request Help In Solving Fishing Camp Thefts

Deschambault Lake RCMP are asking the public for help in solving a case involving several thefts from fishing camps during the summer months.

Outfitting camps on Achinini Lake and Bigstone Lake have been victim to a number of repeated break-ins.

Intruders have stolen items ranging from boats, to outboard motors, to power tools, valued at approximately $20,000.

Stolen items include 5 motors and one 16 foot Crestliner boat, as well as several varied power tools.
