RCMP Nab Suspects In Air Ronge Gas Bar Beating

La Ronge RCMP have arrested and charged four male young offenders and one adult male following an attack on a gas station attendant in Air Ronge.

Police were called to the Co-op gas bar shortly before 7:00 Saturday evening to investigate a disturbance.

The 40-year-old male employee was assaulted by a number of individuals, who fled the scene following the assault.

The victim was taken to hospital with undetermined injuries.

The RCMP managed to apprehend five suspects over the course of the weekend.

All of the suspects hail from the La Ronge area and are appearing in La Ronge Provincial Court today facing assault-related charges.
