Six Moosomin First Nation residents are facing drug charges after RCMP searched a home on the reserve on Friday.
All are charged with possessing marijuana for the purpose of trafficking, as well as possessing the proceeds of crime.
Three of the six have been released from custody, pending their first court appearances on Nov. 25, — 20-year-old Cordell Douglas Charles, 19-year-old Cody Vincent Mooswa and a 17-year-old male.
Arrest warrants are out for the other three, who allegedly live in the home, but weren’t there when police arrived.
They are 29-year-old Colin Alex Mooswa, 45-year-old Wilfred Terrance Starr and 42-year-old Marjorie Erna Starr.
Police say when they entered the home, they found a large amount of marijuana packaged for distribution.
They also found a large amount of cash.
