RCMP Identify Victim, Suspect In Dillon Murder

The suspect in a homicide in Dillon made her first court appearance today in Buffalo Narrows.

32-year-old Dana Lee Winnipeg of Dillon has been charged with second-degree murder.

She was taken into custody shortly after the death of 34-year-old Jacob James Noltcho early Monday morning.

Noltcho was also a Dillon resident.

The court proceedings have been adjourned until August 7th when Winnipeg will appear in Battleford Court of Queen’s Bench.
