Prime Northern Real Estate Up For Grabs

Twelve prime recreational home sites situated near a popular lake in northern Saskatchewan will be going on the auction block later this year.

Ritchie Brothers Auctioneers spokesperson Kim Schulz says the 12 properties up for grabs at Nemeiben Lake include four lakefront sites, and will be going up for sale in Edmonton this September.

Schulz says the lots range in size from just under 5,000 square feet to 7,100 square feet.

Since it will be an unreserved public auction, Schulz says there is no set price for the lots — so buyers could get a deal if they’re bidding on auction day.
