Prelim Set for Stanley Mission Murder Suspect

A 50-year-old murder suspect from Stanley Mission made a court appearance in La Ronge today.

Dennis McLeod is facing a second-degree murder charge in connection to the shooting death of 25-year-old Todd Roberts.

Roberts was found suffering from a gunshot wound outside a Stanley Mission home on February 21st.

He later died of his injuries.

McLeod will be in court again on May 31st for his preliminary hearing.
