Prelim for La Loche Murder Suspect Adjourned

The preliminary hearing for a La Loche murder suspect has been adjourned until July.

The hearing for 20-year-old Donny Lemaigre has been taking place this week in La Loche, and will continue on July 8th.

A judge is trying to determine if Lemaigre should stand trial on a charge of second degree murder.

Lemaigre is accused of killing 17-year-old Vincent Lemaigre in La Loche last summer.

The victim suffered fatal injuries in a late-night fight outside a bar.
