The RCMP say foul play is no longer suspected in the recent death of a 15-year-old boy from the Poundmaker First Nation.

His body was found on some railway tracks in North Battleford at about 1:00 a.m. on New Year’s Eve.

The deceased has been identified as Utisen Baptiste.

When the body was first found, RCMP said they were treating the death as “suspicious.”

The Mounties continue to investigate the incident.
