Police Investigate House Fire That Claimes Life

Officers in Prince Albert are investigating a fire in the city that has claimed the life of a 42 year-old woman.

Authorities say emergency crews responded to the blaze on the West Hill yesterday morning.

At the scene, they found the residence engulfed in smoke and located the victim inside the home unconscious.

She was rushed to hospital where she was later pronounced dead.

Her name has not been released.
