Pinehouse Residents Choosing A New Mayor

Voting is taking place in Pinehouse today.
Local residents are choosing a new mayor.
The race is between George Smith and Mike Natomagan.
Today’s byelection was made necessary when former mayor Cecile Caisse announced she was leaving politics.
Caisse has been the mayor in Pinehouse for the last five years.
The new mayor will be sworn in tomorrow evening.
