Phone Service Restored In Wollaston Lake

Repair crews from SaskTel have re-connected phone service for 15 to 20 homes in Wollaston Lake.

A spokesperson for the company says the repairs were completed yesterday afternoon after crews flew up on Monday.

A fire in the community last week had burned overhead cables and a power pole, resulting in the loss of service.

The affected residents had to make do without phone service for the better part of a week.
