Pelican Narrows Death Not Considered Suspicious

The RCMP have ruled out foul play in the weekend death of a 46-year-old northern Saskatchewan man.

Joseph Thomas of Pelican Narrows was rushed to the clinic in the community on Friday.

He was then taken to hospital in Saskatoon, where he died early Saturday morning.

RCMP spokeswoman Sgt. Carole Raymond is unable to provide details of how he died.

However, she says the death is not considered suspicious and the file is being closed.
