The Prince Albert Parkland Health Authority says it has to retest some patients in the area.
The region says it accidentally performed faulty diabetes tests on about 30 people.
Dr. Jim Cross explains they used the wrong amount of glucose in their tests.
He says most of the test subjects were pregnant women, and all have been contacted.
He says a review is underway to figure out how the mixup occurred.
