PA Prisoner Death Inquest Kicks Off Today

An inquest into the death of a prisoner in Prince Albert begins today.

52 year-old Michael Merrill died on December 13th, 2005 at the Saskatchewan Penitentiary.

He was just beginning a 3 year sentence for robbery at the time of his death.

Juror selection is expected to take place this morning.
