November Trial for Accused Killer

Prosecutors in Prince Albert have set a trial date for a man accused of killing a former resident of Pelican Narrows.

48-year-old John Graham Buesnel was charged with second-degree murder after 44-year-old Vincent Ballantyne died in August of last year after suffering a blow to the head.

Police reportedly seized a baseball bat at the West Flat residence where the incident occurred.

Buesnel’s trial is scheduled to begin on November 22nd.
