Northern Mayors Concerned About Government Agency

Provincial cabinet ministers and New North are holding a roundtable discussion in Prince Albert today.
One of the main issues for New North is the province’s Enterprise Saskatchewan.
New North chairperson Georgina Jolibois says there isn’t a representative from the North on that board — and her group is concerned about whether northern interests are being represented.
Jolibois says the intention is not necessarily to get someone from New North onto Enterprise Saskatchewan, but the group would like to see a plan that ensures northern interests are considered.
