A northern Saskatchewan man is one of two suspects in an armed robbery in Shellbrook last week.

Waylon Absolum Custer, 31, of Deschambault Lake and Albert Gunville, 41, of Prince Albert, made court appearances this morning in P.A.

They each face charges of armed robbery.

It is alleged the two men walked into a bank in downtown Shellbrook with a bladed weapon, and then robbed it.

Later that night, Mounties near Maidstone spotted a vehicle matching the description of the one used in the robbery, weaving erratically on the highway.

They stopped it and arrested two men.

RCMP say money was recovered, as well.
