A new court date has been set for the man facing the obstruction charge in relation to the 2004 Métis Nation of Saskatchewan election.

Shane Goldie appeared in Maple Creek Court yesterday.

However, the Judge simply scheduled the matter ahead until September 22nd.

Most of the matters are set to begin next month in North Battleford Provincial Court.

The RCMP Commercial Crimes Unit is the body handling the investigation.
