New Court Date Set For Accused In MNS Vote

A court-hearing will take place next week in North Battleford for three people accused of Forgery in the 2004 Metis Nation of Saskatchewan election scandal.

 

Ralph Kennedy, Karen Lennie and Cheryl Gervais were charged last year after an investigation was launched into the disputed vote.

 

In total, ten people have been charged with wrong-doing in the affair.

 

Two have pleaded guilty, while charges against a third were stayed.

 

Kennedy, Lennie and Gervais will all appear in court on June 14th.
