NDP Say Health Hot-Button Issue in Churchill River

The NDP candidate for Churchill River believes healthcare will be the dominant issue on the minds of the riding’s voters on June 28th.

Earl Cook says constituents have been raising issues of access to health service during his travels throughout the riding.

Cook says the issue of access seems to be a particular sore point for some First Nations residents.

Cook feels his time as the coordinator of the Northern Health Strategy makes him uniquely familiar with the issues surrounding northern health concerns.
