A 42-year-old Muskoday-area man was seriously injured in a collision on a rural highway Friday night near the Muskoday reserve.
The RCMP say he was struck by a northbound vehicle while walking on Highway 3, 18 kilometres south of Prince Albert.
The victim was transported by ambulance to Prince Albert’s Victoria Hospital, and then on to Royal University Hospital in Saskatoon once he was stabilized.
The Mounties say their investigation is continuing, but add rain and poor weather conditions may have been a factor.
