Muskeg Lake Chief Re-elected

The Muskeg Lake Cree Nation has announced the results of its latest election.

Chief Gilbert Ledoux has been re-elected by the band to serve another 3-year term.

He will be joined by councilors Dwayne Arcand Sr., Geraldine Arcand, Stewart Greyeyes, Albert Lafond, Danny Lafond and Clifford Tawpisin Jr.

Meanwhile, the Red Pheasant First Nation is also holding an election today. It’s vote is run under the supervision of Indian Affairs.
