Morin Handed Desnethe NDP Nomination Again

A Buffalo Narrows man is getting another crack at becoming the MP for Desnethe-Missinippi-Churchill River.

Brian Morin has been re-nominated as the NDP candidate for the next federal election.

In a by-election held in March, Morin finished third behind Conservative Rob Clarke and the Liberals’ Joan Beatty — but he feels he now has time to really to get his name out there.

Despite that result, Morin says securing the NDP nomination again wasn’t a real surprise.
