Court of Queen’s Bench in Prince Albert will be the site of the proceedings, which are slated to run from June 5th to the 29th.

It was the morning of March 2nd, 2005 when three people lost their lives on the Montreal Lake Cree Nation.

The name of the accused cannot be released because he was 17 when the incident took place.
