Montreal Lake Murder Suspects In Court

A preliminary hearing has begun in Montreal Lake today for three men accused of killing anther man there last year.

Brian Henderson, Ryan Bird and Barry Henderson all face charges of second degree murder for their alleged involvement in the death of David Bradfield.

The 33-year-old Bradfield was discovered badly injured by officers who were responding to a call the morning of July 3rd, 2004.

He died a short time later.

Another man connected with the incident has since pleaded guilty to a charge of assault causing bodily harm.

The hearing is expected to take most of the week.
