Missing Northern Hunter Found Safe and Sound

A Northern Saskatchewan hunter that went missing over the weekend has been found.

The Buffalo Narrows RCMP organized a search party after the man had been reported missing on Sunday morning.

RCMP and volunteers from Buffalo Narrows, La Loche and Turnor Lake all assisted in finding the hunter, who was eventually found at a cabin on Roe Lake, northeast of Turnor Lake.

44-year-old Ron Desjardin was found safe and sound but police say he was transported to a local health clinic for further examination.
