Merasty On Verge Of Opening Riding Office

The new Member of Parliament for Desnethe-Missinippi-Churchill River says it’s looking like he will be setting up his constituency office in Meadow Lake.

Gary Merasty says it will likely be up and running by the middle of next week.

Merasty knows his predecessor had offices in both Meadow Lake and La Ronge, but Merasty hopes to have a roving office that will make a regular circuit throughout the riding.

Merasty finally secured an office in Ottawa last week. The delay was mainly due to the challenges to his election victory that came from former MP Jeremy Harrison.
