McClean Lake Getting Set to Host Youth Gathering

Dozens of northern youth will be at the McClean Lake uranium mine tomorrow for a youth conference.

A similar youth conference was held at the Rabbit Lake mine two years and was used as a way to get northern youth to put their concerns on paper.

The theme of this year’s conference is “Justice, Family and Health”.

Transcripts of the youth’s discussion will be forwarded to government representatives and various agencies for consideration.
