Man Missing On Wollaston Lake

Searchers are looking for a man on Wollaston Lake.

Locals say Mike St. Pierre, a local resident in his thirties, hasn’t been heard from since Thursday.

He apparently was last seen boating across the bay in the fog.

Hatchet Lake Denesuline Nation band councillor Ed Benoanie says the RCMP have been notified and have joined forces with local residents in an effort to locate St. Pierre.

Benonie says everyone is trying to remain positive that St. Pierre will be located soon.
