Man Accused Of Murder Released On Bail

A man accused of shooting two people on the Mistawasis First Nation earlier this month has been released on bail.

A clerk at Court of Queen’s Bench in Prince Albert confirmed today that Conrad Sand has been released on an undertaking.

The 34-year-old was charged with two counts of first degree murder after 22-year-old Greg Whitefish and 34-year-old Dwayne Badger were shot to death on September 3rd.

He is due to appear again in Shellbrook Provincial Court on Tuesday.
