A woman convicted of stealing mail from the La Ronge post office has received a suspended sentence.
Earlier this week in La Ronge, 19-year-old Miranda Michelle Pappenfus was given a sentence of 18 months probation by a judge.
She was charged last September after several items from the local postal outlet went missing.
Investigators handling the case were quick to point out Pappenfus was the only person ever under suspicion.
Pappenfus worked after business hours in the building, but was not a Canada Post employee.
