La Ronge Man Sentenced On Drug Charge

A La Ronge man has received a year-long conditional sentence for attempted drug trafficking.

Dwayne Studer was arrested last year on charges he intended to traffic marijuana.

Yesterday at Saskatoon Court of Queen’s Bench, he was sentenced to four months house arrest — as well as 50 hours community service.

He is also prohibited from owning a firearm.
