La Loche Election Recount Numbers Remain The Same

Officials at the Court of Queen’s Bench in Battleford say the La Loche election recount results remained the same.
The recount was conducted earlier this week in Battleford before a judge.
A clerk says the outcome of the recount proved the numbers were in fact accurate and the results showed incumbent Georgina Jolibios coming out on top.
Village officials have yet to comment on the outcome.
