Koester Announces Nomination For PA MLA

A local businessman in Prince Albert says he wants to succeed Myron Kowalski as an MLA for the area.

David Koester announced yesterday, he plans to run in the upcoming nomination meeting for Prince Albert-Carlton.

A consultant and realtor, Koester says he can do a good job of representing residents in the city.

Koester says one reason he likes the NDP is because it is a strong proponent of social programs.
