A youth charged with the second-degree murder of an 18-year-old man in Prince Albert will have to wait until Friday before learning whether or not he will get bail.

Yesterday, a judge at provincial court adjourned the case, after hearing arguments from the crown and defense.

The 15-year-old male, who can’t be named, was charged after Dean Josie was found fatally injured at Prime Minister’s Park on September 22nd.

None of the details surrounding the incident can be released due to a publication ban.

Police have charged three other teens with aggravated assault in connection to the incident.
