A Vice-Chief with the Federation of Saskatchewan Indian Nations outlined some of his concerns with the justice system yesterday.

Lawrence Joseph presented his quarterly report on justice issues to Chiefs and delegates at yesterday’s FSIN Spring Legislative Assembly in Prince Albert.

Joseph says he believes the RCMP is not living up to its obligations in community tripartite agreements. Most notably, how much time they should spend on reserve.

Joseph says he believes the problem is tied to under funding.
