James Smith Homicide Case Adjourned To 2006

A 20-year-old man accused of second-degree murder on the James Smith Cree Nation will appear in court next year.
Leland Moostoos was charged after 49-year-old Ralph Burns died of stab injuries sustained at a home on the reserve.
The incident took place on January 22nd.
Moostoos has been in custody ever since that time.
He will appear in court for his hearing on February 22nd.
