Northern Saskatchewan’s NDP candidate promises to stick up for the disabled people of the North.

Anita Jackson is pledging her support for equal opportunities for the disabled in the Desnethe-Missinippi-Churchill River riding.

Jackson says she has recently heard an outcry for support from some of the disabled people in the North.

Jackson says she has spoken with the Gary Tinker Federation in her riding and assured representatives that, if elected, she will deliver the necessities for those living with disabilities in her riding.

She adds that access to proper health care, housing, recreation, education and employment are the top concerns that must be addressed in northern Saskatchewan for the disabled.
