Aboriginal students in Regina found out more about working for the federal government yesterday.

Indian and Northern Affairs Canada was at the First Nations University of Canada to recruit students for the Federal Student Work Experience Program.

INAC’S Melanie Buffalo says there were no recruitment sessions like this when she was a student.

“It’s basically just to bring an awareness of the programs that we have in INAC,” she says.

INAC hires 10 students for summer positions.
