Hearing Scheduled For First Degree Murder Suspect

A preliminary hearing has been set for a Pinehouse man charged with first degree murder.

22-year-old Tyrell Lariviere will appear before a judge in his home community on April 16th.

He is accused of fatally stabbing a 19-year-old man in the northern village on November 1st.

The family of the victim asked that his name not be released.

Lariviere remains in custody.
