Halfway House Resident On The Lam

Police in Prince Albert are on the lookout for a missing inmate there.
Leland Joseph Michel was staying at a city residence for prisoners when he failed to return to the house last Friday.
Michel is 5’11”, 172 lbs. and has short black hair and a moustache.
He also has numerous tattoos and marks on his body.
Michel has ties to both Pelican Narrows and Flin Flon.
Anyone with information is asked to contact police.
