Gordon Band Member Killed In Rollover

A 44-year-old woman from the Gordon First Nation is dead following a single vehicle rollover over the weekend.

Lila McNab was one of four people riding in a minivan that left a highway and rolled early Saturday evening near Punnichy.

The Mounties say McNab was a passenger in the vehicle, and was ejected during the mishap.

Three other women in the vehicle at the time were hospitalized with undetermined injuries, including a 33-year-old woman from Duck Lake.

The RCMP say they are still investigating the cause of the crash, and haven’t made a decision on whether they should lay charges.
