Gold Mine Feasibility Reports Due Soon

A gold exploration company with several holdings in the La Ronge area could be getting some good news in the next few weeks.

Golden Band Resources has two deposits in the area that it feels could be put into production in two or three years.

Spokesman Rodney Orr says the first engineering reports by independent consultants are due soon, and will help determine whether it is feasible to build mines at those locations.

Orr says one of the reports is due before the end of the month, while the other will come by the end of June.

Golden Band Resources has been searching for gold in the La Ronge area since 1994. The La Ronge gold belt is the company’s sole area of focus.
