Federation of Saskatchewan Indian Nations Vice-chief, Morley Watson, says they did not misspend any monies alotted for the search for missing five-year-old Tamra Keepness.
Watson was responding to a CTV news report out of Regina that claims the FSIN misspent some of the monies on compensating searchers for services.
Watson says he wants in known that none of the money went to “individually pay anybody that assisted in the search for Tamara.”
He adds that money that was spent was used for food, fuel and lodging…all needed to keep the search alive. Tamra Keepness has been missing from her Regina home since July 5th.
