A 17-year-old Fond du Lac male accused of second degree murder is now facing new charges.

The youth, who can’t be identified because of his age, is charged with the murder of a 15-year-old Fond du Lac boy last July.

Inspector Al Fraser with the Prince Albert City Police says the youth is now accused of breaching his bail conditions.

Fraser also says because the accused is a youth, the incident that resulted in the new charges has to remain classified.

The accused was to go on trial next week in the Far North, but a court official says he will now face a trial in La Ronge on June 13th.
