First Nations Artist To Be Showcased At Olympics

The Vancouver 2010 Olympics have added a Saskatchewan artist for their Cultural Olympiad.

Dana Claxton is a multi-disciplinary artist from Wood Mountain First Nation.

Claxton says working with exceptional artists and displaying the artwork outdoors is the exciting part of this project.

One of her pieces will be shown during the Games on a giant L.E.D. screen in front of the Vancouver Art Gallery in downtown Vancouver.
